Under the hood Originally built with the EVA design, a large board makes a easy way to mount components. The original Cutris controller has been replaced with a DCP unit (purple box). Once the new DCP DC/DC convertor is availble, the existing Curtis DC/DC unit (black box to the left) will also be replaced and the wiring neatened up. The board is hinged to tilt up for easy access below, where the ADC motor can be seen. The motor is mounted with an aluminum adaptor plate to the original transmission (without the clutch). The secondary shaft can be seen on the front of the motor, which will "soon" have the tachometer pickup mounted near it.   |
